The sites below are the sites to submit issues that you are having for the appropriate support area. Please let us know what your issue/s are. Because you may require more than one solution, please submit one ticket for each issue that your are experiencing. This will help us track and keep a historical record of issues that we can look back on for information on issues that may be more than just a simple fix, if you or more people are experiencing the same or something similar issue/s. More information the better for us to work from . Don't leave anything out.

PowerSchool

This site is for all issues PowerSchool related. User/s can't login, user/s forgot your password, enrollment need help with a report or need help to help someone else.

Security

This site is for all issues Security Related pertaining to building access, FOB ID Badges, FOB ID Badge assignments, FOB ID Badge not working, Request for Video Surveillance, Surveillance Camera (not working, out of focus) Digital Watchdog Issues with video camera operation or viewing, lost or stolen USD309 provided devices and any other security requests or questions.

Technology

This is the same site as it has always been minus the PowerSchool and Security portion. The two support options for Security and Power School are removed.

All technology based issue/s or Tech-Requests should be submitted here as always.
